At Blue Rock, our story is one of passion, expertise and a

It all began almost
two decades ago,
in Road Town,
capital of the
British Virgin Islands.

It all began almost two decades ago, in Road Town, capital of the British Virgin Islands.

Founded by a team of seasoned professionals with deep industry knowledge; we set out initially as a private hedge fund, with a mission to facilitate institutional clients and a select group of high-net-worth individuals with comprehensive and profitable investment opportunities.   

As our success continued to grow, by 2018 we had relocated our headquarters to the international financial hub of Hong Kong, where we opened our doors to the retail sector for the very first time.  

Once again we set our with our mission still intact however maybe a little more refined.  Our focus now, to empower the retail, everyday investor, with tailored financial solutions, built on integrity, transparency and a relentless pursuit of excellence.  The goal in mind – to show the retail investor returns that can compete with the likes that our institutional investors have been availing year after year.

Although we are still fairly new to the retail market our success has been compounding and just a few years in, we opened our European Office, in the Bailiwick of Jersey, Channel Islands.

Meet the Blue Rock Team

Our team comprises highly skilled and dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results for our clients. With diverse backgrounds and extensive industry experience, our team members bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to each and every client engagement.  Having surpassed over 200 members a few years ago we continue to expand.  We are constantly on the look-out for new talent that can add even more value to our company.  We believe in fostering a collaborative environment that values innovation, continuous learning and a client-centric approach.

With members spread across various departments, we have teams focused on both the retail sector and the institutional sector but we also have teams focused on analytical research, tax mitigation, secondary market/private equity and so on.  This specialization equips them with in-depth knowledge of their industries, insights into past successes, and the ability to create tailored solutions that seamlessly fit into operational strategies to foster growth.

Although we do value the ‘human’ touch, and would hope that this never becomes a thing of the past, we have had to embrace technology as it continues to evolve and improve at a phenomenal pace.  We currently employ two of state of the art AI Systems that work alongside our analytical research team  which is made up of more than 20 of the smartest individuals in their industry.  We firmly believe in working in harmony with this new technology as it continues to develop rather than shying away or fighting against it.  

Although not quite part of our team as such, we also conduct business with over thirty globally renowned stock transfer agents and escrow agents to ensure ensure compliance with regulatory requirements when handling both clients’ and our companies’ funds, providing a critical layer of security during any financial transaction taking place.  

Since our inauguration, the lion’s share of our team is our advisors.  They range from Portfolio Managers, to Tax Advisors, Secondary Market Specialists and Wealth Management / Asset Management experts to the more recent addition of Cryptocurrency Consultants.  Whether they are recommending or advising on your everyday equity, or something on the secondary market, or more exotic an investment product involving an alternative asset class, all of our advisors are experts in their field and have all obtained the necessary licenses from the regulatory body, for the field in which they operate.
